A clandestine NASA moon trip, Apollo 12½, ended in disaster when the capsule returning them to earth began losing orbit over Hawaii. The capsule’s navigation completely went cockerhoop and the captain of the flight quickly announced, “Houston, we have a problem with our navigation”. The astronauts were badly off course and soon disappeared off Misson Control’s radar entirely.
